Dave had 15 years of experience in the construction business, prior to DRT Grading & Paving, Inc. He started in 1975 as an equipment operator, eventually purchasing his own tractor in the mid-70's. He spends the majority of his time supervising new construction job-sites to insure high quality work, employee safety, and profitable projects. ............................................................................................................ Russ is a graduate of San Jose State University with a major in Business Management and a minor in Economics. Russ was an estimator at Neu Brothers Grading & Paving, Inc in Santa Clara for 6 years prior to starting DRT Grading & Paving, Inc. Russ is currently in charge of all office duties. Russ is also the chief estimator for all grading projects, asphalt maintenance projects and responsible for all contracts. He is in charge of the accounting, insurance, banking, and other business related issues. ............................................................................................................................ Javier has been in the paving business for almost 20 years prior to joining DRT in 1996. Javier is in charge of all asphalt maintenance projects in the Bay Area region. He spends the majority of his time managing the asphalt maintenance of existing parking lots. This includes patching, sealing concrete, striping, ADA work etc. ............................................................................................................................ |
